PATIO PAUSE GOURMANDE is a cottage business focused on providing healthy and hearty breakfast and snack options for the day-to-day working population. The name is derived from French origins, referenced in the owner’s family name ‘Charlerie’ and naturally drawn to the language and culture of the land and the French influences in Trinidad but often times we do unleash that inner ‘gourmande’ for what we truly enjoy as it relates to food and drink. This can justly be linked to the reaction of our customers in what Patio Pause Gourmande has to offer.
